Saffron Latte

Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
- 5 saffron threads, crushed
- 1 double shot espresso
- honey or sweetener of choice
Steps
- 1. In a saucepan, add your saffron threads directly into the milk. Heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, just before a roiling boil.
- 2. Turn the heat off and whisk the milk until it becomes foam. Sweeten with your sweetener of choice.
- 3. Pour a double espresso into a cup
- 4. Add the saffron-infused, foamy milk to your cup and enjoy.
